Inserting comments into content
If the editors of wiki pages and blog posts have activated the property Show Comments, an authorised editor or reader can insert comments into the content.
- Open the wiki page or blog post you want to comment on, and scroll to the end of the content item.
- There you see the number of comments previously inserted and an input field followed by a list of existing comments in reverse chronological order.
- Type your comment into the input field. The comment cannot contain any formatting other than line breaks.
- Close input by clicking Submit Comment.
- Your comment is added to the start of the comment list with your name and an avatar individually generated for your email address.
Go to http://www.gravatar.com to store an avatar (e.g. a photo) for your email address. It will then always appear alongside your comments.
