Keyboard Shortcuts

The following keyboard shortcuts are useful if you want to keep your hands on the keyboard while entering data and not use the mouse.

Keyboard Shortcuts for the Text Editor

Save changes and close dialog CTRL-S  
Open Quick-Link dialog to create links and to insert images CTRL-L  
Open Quick-Link dialog  to create links and to insert images CTRL-K  
Select all text CTRL-A  
Select text while moving the cursor right, left, up or down SHIFT Cursor key You can also select across multiple table cells
Move to next cell in table TAB  
Italic  CTRL-I  
Bold CTRL-B  

Underline

CTRL-U  

Copy to clipboard 

CTRL-C  
Paste from clipboard CTRL-V  
Delete selection / next character ENTF  
Undo previous action CTRL-Z You can undo multiple times
Redo last action undone CTRL-Y You can redo multiple times
