Overview of functions

Tricia supports you in the management of structured and unstructured information and in teamwork.

Managing unstructured and structure content

With Tricia you can

  • manage and edit content in a central location, so there is no need to distribute and consolidate copies of documents, a task which is labour-intensive and error-prone,
  • always access the latest version of the content using the browser or desktop applications from any computer,
  • copy unstructured and structured content from Office documents, files, databases and information systems,
  • structure content multidimensionally using tags, hierarchies, lists, types and attributes as well as check content consistency at any time,
  • describe and identify semantic relationships between content using automatically managed, two-way links,
  • find relevant content quickly and accurately using (combined) full text search and multidimensional search, which also includes the content relationships.

Managing teamwork

With Tricia you can

  • make available content from selected persons on the Internet or Intranet selectively for reading, editing, linking, discussing, assessing or structuring,
  • track who changed which content when and how, and access older versions of content,
  • watch content items and content spaces. Future changes (creates, updates, deletes) to this content are listed on your dashboard
  • receive e-mail notifications about changes to watched content ,
  • assign persons to different groups according to their roles and authorisations,
  • define rules for groups: How do members join? Who sees members? Who manages members?
  • use groups as email mailing lists,
  • automatically copy accounts and group memberships from other systems in the company or on the Internet.
