Using tags

Adding and editing content tags

• You can add any number of tags for all content of which you are an editor.
• When entering tags the use of capital or small initial letters is ignored.
• Tags can contain blank spaces.
• During input, automatic suggestions for previously used tags sorted by frequency appear.
• Use CURSOR UP and CURSOR DOWN to choose a suggested tag and finish the input of each tag by pressing RETURN.
• Click a displayed tag to delete it as a tag for that content item.
• Select a tag from the list of suggested tags.

When the content item is open, you must first click in the line with the tags to begin editing the tags. Press the ESC key to cancel editing and press the return key to confirm input.

Searching for content with a tag

• If you are in tag editing mode, first exit this by clicking Save.
• Click a tag to display a list of all content items with this tag.
• You can use further criteria to narrow down the search (see Searching for content).
